Again, all equipment is in calibration and serviced before every issue to site. All our machines are calibrated to perform to exacting standards and are capable of providing joint records on both printed and downloadable formats.

The majority of electro fusion fittings we supply require the trained use of 40V electrofusion welders. The AM65 unit is well known as a reliable and easily operated electrofusion unit. This ’grey’ unit has the facility to read Fusion Provida fittings upon connection to the terminals, helping to eliminate errors in setting welding parameters. It can also be run as a manual unit with operator input easily controlled through onscreen menu. The capacity to provide onsite printed joint records and offsite data storage have been a standard feature for this very successful range of machines.

The Q-Box is increasingly popular as a sale unit, due to it’s very robust construction. This unit is USB downloadable and boasts a large screen with multi lingual display.

We also maintain a small fleet of 80V boxes for larger fittings which require this particular welding parameter.
